A. App Guidelines and User Conduct

The 10cric Puzzle App is designed to offer an engaging and seamless puzzle-solving experience. To maintain a high-quality user environment, we ask all users to:

  • Ensure the accuracy of the information provided during account registration.
  • Avoid sharing account credentials to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Respect the community by refraining from abusive language in chat or forums.
  • Report any technical issues promptly through the in-app support feature.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in temporary suspension or permanent account termination.

B. Payments and Subscriptions

All transactions related to in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed securely. Key terms include:

  • Prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable taxes.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets.
  • Subscription cancellations are subject to our refund policy.
  • Failure to renew subscriptions on time may result in restricted access to premium features.

For billing disputes, users are encouraged to contact support within 7 days of the transaction.

C. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Users may cancel subscriptions or request refunds under the following terms:

  • Refunds for subscriptions are available if canceled within the first 7 days of activation.
  • Refunds for in-app purchases are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or dissatisfaction.
  • No refunds are issued for partially used subscriptions or expired offers.

Refund requests must be submitted through the app’s support section within 48 hours of the issue.

  • Device compatibility issues or system requirements not met.
  • Data loss caused by user actions or third-party interference.
  • Unauthorized account access due to sharing of credentials.

Any claims related to service disruptions must be reported through the support system within 24 hours.

  • The collection of necessary data for gameplay, personalization, and app performance.
  • The secure storage of personal and payment details on encrypted servers.
  • Receiving updates, offers, and notifications relevant to your usage (opt-out available).
